Urban Universe London is a family business. We are not trying to become a faceless management corporation. We want to build something that lasts: a small, respected company that is exceptionally good at what it does, and that owners feel comfortable trusting with their properties for many years.
Founder & CEO
Valerie Demtroeder
Valerie learned hospitality in the places that do it best. Her career took her through Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Le Méridien Hamburg to The Laslett in Notting Hill, where good service is less about grandeur and more about knowing what a guest needs before they ask.
Time in VIP private aviation sharpened the same instincts: discretion, precision and the quiet confidence that everything has been thought of.
In London she moved into property operations, managing more than 200 residential units: revenue, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance and the hundred small decisions that decide whether a guest comes back. Urban Universe London is where those two worlds meet.

Stephen Slater is a lawyer with experience in immigration law, contracts and negotiation, together with years of working with international clients.
At Urban Universe London he helps shape the commercial side of the business: clear agreements, sensible terms and relationships built to last.
